I love low key portraits. This is a self portrait, a selfie of sorts, if you will. I used a remote release. Black shirt is not random! :-)
This image has technical issues, but it is still one of my favorites. The hands and neck are abruptly cropped, but then again, I love the expression and the mood in this image!

This is the first time, I asked, ok, how do you want to be photographed, thanks to Lindsay Adler! And the experience was great. The model, my younger brother, brought his way of working in the shoot. He got ready, did his hair etc. We kept on talking and reviewing the images. It was a continuous feedback for me. We were going for an intense look, and hence I shot this image from a low angle, and I have to say, I was rather happy with the results!
